Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Assist users with hardware and software problems via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Manage Support Tickets: Log and track incoming IT requests in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
- Network Support: Perform basic network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for office equipment.
- Hardware Maintenance: Assemble computers, set up peripherals, and perform regular maintenance checks.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, friendly, and professional explanations to non-technical staff members.
- Security Compliance: Assist in maintaining a secure environment by following security protocols and data protection guidelines.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all support interactions and technical configurations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
