Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
- Update customer records in the database and maintain data integrity.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding processes.
- Resolve escalated complaints and provide creative solutions to client problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a resident of the Greater New Orleans area.
