Responsibilities
- Complete 6-month intensive training covering CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure fundamentals, and cybersecurity protocols
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems including Windows Server and Cisco networking
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn (no degree required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy (OS navigation, internet troubleshooting)
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided if not held)
