Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and customer support to clients during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Log all tickets and interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor when handling high-volume inquiries.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
