Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and system navigation.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to assist in continuous improvement.
- Mentor new hires joining the support team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to complete our 4-week paid training program.
