Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture with focus on efficiency optimization
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record in reducing AI carbon footprints through algorithmic optimization
- Strong understanding of hardware-software co-design for energy efficiency
