Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives including carbon neutrality, circular economy, and biodiversity programs
- Analyze climate risk and regulatory landscapes to inform proactive business adaptation
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent reporting and impact storytelling
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Lead innovation in green tech partnerships and sustainable supply chain transformation
- Mentor sustainability champions across global operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability strategy with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability focus
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools and climate modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Experience managing sustainability budgets over $1M
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar preferred
