Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Sustainability Vision Roadmap with measurable KPIs for carbon reduction, waste diversion, and sustainable sourcing
- Lead cross-functional ESG task forces to integrate sustainability into product lifecycle management and supply chain operations
- Conduct scenario planning for climate resilience strategies and regulatory compliance beyond 2026 requirements
- Drive innovation in circular economy models including product-as-service and closed-loop manufacturing systems
- Represent the company in global sustainability forums and build strategic partnerships with NGOs and policy influencers
- Overhead sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and investor communications
- Mentor junior sustainability professionals and foster a culture of environmental consciousness across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing enterprise-level sustainability strategies with quantifiable results
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting methodologies (ISO 14064, GHG Protocol)
- Strong background in circular economy principles and sustainable supply chain management
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex environmental data into actionable business decisions
- Certifications in sustainability (e.g., GRI, SAI, LEED AP) or climate risk assessment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change
- Passion for emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) applied to sustainability challenges
