Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve carbon neutrality targets through renewable energy adoption and supply chain optimization
- Architect circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle management and waste reduction
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent ESG reporting and investor communications
- Mentor sustainability teams while fostering innovation through R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Secure strategic alliances with NGOs, government agencies, and technology providers
- Monitor emerging sustainability technologies (AI-driven resource optimization, carbon capture) and implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in corporate sustainability leadership with demonstrable ESG transformation impact
- Expertise in circular economy principles, carbon accounting (GHG Protocol), and regulatory compliance (SEC climate rules, EU CSRD)
- Proven ability to secure multi-million dollar sustainability investments and partnerships
- Advanced data analytics skills for sustainability metrics and predictive modeling
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience across global operations
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate technologies and decarbonization pathways
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or carbon management (CCP)
