Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional teams in reducing carbon footprint by 40% across operations
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks ensuring compliance with GRI, SASB, and TCFD
- Drive circular economy initiatives including waste reduction and sustainable procurement
- Manage stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, and community partners
- Champion innovation in clean tech adoption and renewable energy integration
- Establish KPIs and analytics systems to track sustainability ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in sustainability/ESG with 5+ in executive leadership
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA
- Proven track record of achieving net-zero targets in Fortune 500 settings
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, CDP)
- Strong financial acumen managing sustainability budgets >$5M
- Experience with ESG software platforms (e.g., Workiva, Persefoni)
- Professional certifications (GARP ESG, SASB, LEED AP) preferred
