Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the development of the long-term technical strategy for The 2026 Project, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Holistic Roadmapping: Create detailed, multi-year technical roadmaps that anticipate industry shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies like AI and Quantum Computing.
- Innovation Evangelism: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies into our core infrastructure.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological and operational risks associated with 2026 initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Lead cross-functional teams in the allocation of resources for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic technology leadership, systems architecture, or enterprise consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think beyond the current quarter and develop strategies for a 3-5 year horizon.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Blockchain, IoT) relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performing teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
