- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through grant applications and venture partnerships

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong patent portfolio (10+ granted innovations)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
