- Design go-to-market strategies for futuristic products with 5-10 year vision
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through data-driven ROI modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Mentor senior leadership in future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with proven 2025+ technology roadmap delivery
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Harvard/MIT/IEEE)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Strong track record in securing multi-million dollar innovation funding
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
