Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across tech and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 societal challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
