Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and predictive trend reports
- Advise on innovation portfolios and R&D prioritization for 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using data-driven foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, SFI) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
