Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning projects identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using machine learning and scenario analysis techniques
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on strategic foresight and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and client briefs on emerging trends
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with 50+ data sources
- Advolve cross-functional teams in translating foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, R&D, or innovation planning
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
