- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational functions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
