Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop scenario-planning models forecasting market shifts through 2026
- Design bespoke strategic roadmaps for clients navigating industry disruption
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce trend briefings and predictive analytics for stakeholder decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Economics, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting, foresight, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and facilitating high-stakes workshops
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or published foresight work
