Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the next three years, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
- Project Governance: Oversee the execution of major digital transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and R&D sprints to prototype future products and validate new business models.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for strategic initiatives and report on progress to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
