Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Vision, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks for production environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) and determine their applicability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead high-stakes R&D initiatives and manage the budget for advanced AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI products to market.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
