Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing by 2026.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically focusing on agentic workflows and multi-modal reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ethical, transparent, and high-performance AI models.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency inference on edge devices.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with a portfolio of published research or production-grade models.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
