Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term strategy for AI and Machine Learning integration across all product lines.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable AI architectures that can handle enterprise-grade data processing and real-time inference.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., LLMs, edge computing) to ensure our infrastructure remains relevant through 2026.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance and fairness in automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining multi-year technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
