Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive modeling.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for AI integration by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure all AI systems comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
