Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon AI initiatives.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale, high-performance deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Oversee the optimization of neural networks and computational efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible machine learning practices.
