Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the '2026 Strategic Vision,' defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product leads, and engineering teams to align on priorities and secure necessary resources.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-year projects.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep the 2026 vision on track.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and budget to maximize ROI on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management or strategic planning within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or similar strategic management certification is highly desirable.
