Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Packaging: Accurately pack items for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning and verifying inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Work History: No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we provide full training.
