Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using warehouse equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our digital tracking system
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA compliance and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility in Sacramento
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
