Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
