Responsibilities
- Learn and Apply: Master modern programming languages and software development methodologies under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Code Review: Participate in daily code reviews and collaborative debugging sessions to improve code quality.
- Project Support: Assist the development team in building, testing, and deploying web applications and mobile solutions.
- Agile Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to contribute to project timelines.
- Documentation: Create clear, technical documentation for new features and existing codebases.
- Problem Solving: Debug issues and propose efficient solutions to technical challenges within the codebase.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, or prior exposure to HTML/CSS/JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Attitude: A hunger for learning, resilience in the face of challenges, and a genuine interest in the tech industry.
- Availability: Must be willing to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and attend structured training sessions.
