Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust for high-security decentralized protocols.
- Optimize gas usage and improve transaction throughput for Layer 2 and Layer 3 scaling solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to integrate Web3 wallets and blockchain data feeds into consumer-facing applications.
- Implement rigorous security best practices and conduct thorough code reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our ecosystem expansion.
- Participate in community governance and drive technical discussions within the broader Web3 industry.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years specifically in blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper, with a proven track record of deploying audited contracts on Ethereum or alternative EVM chains.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized architecture.
- Experience with development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, and Git.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and web3.js/Ethers.js for frontend integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
