Your Mission
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the development and audit of complex smart contracts, ensuring security best practices are followed across all codebases. You will collaborate with our frontend and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences in the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and audit smart contracts for high-throughput blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot).
- Optimize gas efficiency and overall smart contract performance for production deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to enforce high engineering standards.
- Integrate decentralized protocols (DeFi, NFTs) into our core product suite.
- Participate in threat modeling and security audits to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain development.
- Expert proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Deep knowledge of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) internals and consensus mechanisms.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle) and security auditing tools.
- Familiarity with web3.js, Ethers.js, or React-Native-Web3.
