Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure, scalable smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Design and implement high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) on leading blockchains.
- Conduct thorough code audits and security reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Integrate third-party APIs and oracles to enhance dApp functionality.
- Optimize smart contract gas efficiency and transaction throughput.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically in Blockchain/Web3.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Experience with blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js) and front-end frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Strong understanding of cryptography, hash functions, and consensus mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
