Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Engineering: Design, develop, and audit high-security smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Protocol Development: Build and maintain complex DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, and layer-2 scaling solutions.
- Frontend Integration: Connect Web3 frontends (React, Next.js) with blockchain backends using ethers.js, web3.js, or wagmi.
- Security Audits: Perform rigorous code reviews and security assessments to prevent vulnerabilities and hacks.
- Architecture: Lead the technical strategy for decentralized infrastructure, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- Community Collaboration: Work closely with researchers and the community to drive protocol upgrades and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Languages: Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go. Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript for frontend integration.
- Tools: Deep understanding of development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, and version control (Git).
- Security: Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, smart contract security best practices, and bug bounties.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, and strong communication skills.
