Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment for SaaS roles (Engineering, Product, Data) using advanced Boolean search and SEO-optimized job descriptions.
- Optimize job postings, career site content, and recruitment landing pages for high-ranking search engine visibility.
- Screen technical candidates, conduct live coding assessments, and manage the interview process with engineering leadership.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline of passive candidates through targeted SEO campaigns and social sourcing.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to continuously improve candidate acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create compelling employer branding content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong foundation in SEO principles with hands-on experience optimizing web content and job listings.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stack (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with technical talent.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets.
