We are seeking a visionary Senior Strategic Architect to lead our technological roadmap through 2026. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with C-suite executives, product leads, and engineering teams to define the technical vision for the 2026 fiscal year. You will be responsible for selecting the right technologies, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring our platforms can handle exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems that can support millions of transactions.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-level coding standards, security protocols, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong background in high-scale data processing and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and integration patterns.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business.
