Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, translating business objectives into engineering milestones.
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and large-scale distributed systems capable of handling millions of requests.
- Lead research and development in cutting-edge areas such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into core products.
- Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
- Act as a technical mentor, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Extensive experience designing systems for high availability, low latency, and massive scalability.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
