Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core microservices for Project 2026.
- Drive technical strategy, code reviews, and mentorship for a team of 6+ developers.
- Optimize system latency, throughput, and fault tolerance in high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver high-quality features.
- Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for backend development.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, database internals (SQL/NoSQL), and caching strategies.
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale, production-ready applications.
