- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop keyword-rich, engaging assets that boost domain authority and user retention.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze complex datasets using tools like Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Link Building: Execute a high-level outreach strategy to acquire premium, relevant backlinks from authoritative industry sources.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and market shifts to proactively adjust our SEO tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Development teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and organic growth.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Analytics: Strong ability to interpret data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Deep understanding of Google’s Core Web Vitals and algorithm updates.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
