What You Will Do:
- Drive organic traffic growth through the development and execution of advanced SEO strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues affecting crawlability and indexation.
- Collaborate with content and engineering teams to optimize on-page elements and improve Core Web Vitals.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover keyword opportunities and track ROI on SEO initiatives.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and implement best practices to maintain and improve search rankings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy aligned with business goals to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value search terms.
- Monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog, fixing broken links and technical errors.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, and content structures to maximize search engine performance.
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and growth areas.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to educate teams on SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and content strategy.
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development best practices.
- Expert proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
