Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in logistics, finance, and healthcare
- Architect scalable quantum processors with >1,000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum error correction protocol optimization
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech research teams on 2026 quantum milestones
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in next-gen programming paradigms
- Secure US government quantum computing contracts
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or superconducting qubit systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Top Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
