As we push boundaries into the 2026 era of quantum supremacy, we are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum Architect to lead our R&D division. This is a high-impact role for a technical expert who wants to define the infrastructure that will power the global economy.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical software engineering, building scalable systems that integrate seamlessly with AI and classical cloud architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures for NISQ and fault-tolerant systems.
- Lead the development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimized for high-density data processing.
- Oversee the integration of quantum hardware with existing cloud infrastructure and AI pipelines.
- Mentor a team of junior quantum engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous error mitigation and noise characterization studies to improve qubit coherence times.
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum software libraries and compiler stacks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing research or software development.
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, AWS Braket).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
