Responsibilities
- Lead Quantum Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for quantum AI integration, ensuring readiness for deployment in 2026 and beyond.

- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into quantum error mitigation and fault-tolerant computing architectures.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum processors with existing cloud infrastructure and classical workflows.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantum computing or artificial intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on quantum technologies.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Quantum Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum gates, superposition, entanglement, and quantum algorithms (e.g., QAOA, VQE).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of deploying solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with a focus on specialized hardware.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
