Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge AI models with a specific focus on post-quantum security and generative capabilities.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate 2026-ready technologies into our core product ecosystem.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing concepts into machine learning workflows.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, or R&D leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent) or leading high-impact R&D projects.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
