Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Own the product vision and roadmap for 2026, translating high-level business goals into actionable, measurable product requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize A/B testing, user analytics, and market research to validate hypotheses and drive product iteration.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical team members alike.
- Roadmap Execution: Prioritize the backlog effectively, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and API integrations.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams to success and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
