Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for the 2026 platform, from concept to final prototype.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across all vehicle interfaces.
- Conduct extensive user research and usability testing to validate autonomous driving workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Product Management) to define product roadmap requirements.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation and critical thinking.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership with compelling visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Industrial Design.
- Proven track record of designing for complex, data-heavy interfaces or automotive systems.
- Masterful proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
