Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures that drive business value.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and productionization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core software products seamlessly.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to maintain a competitive advantage and improve model performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy in high-traffic, real-time environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production and monitoring their performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
