Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture for large-scale generative models and transformer-based systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-effectiveness for real-time applications.
- Lead the research and development of novel techniques in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Apex Innovations remains a market leader in AI innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning/AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, BERT, GPT, and diffusion models.
- Experience deploying models to production environments (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
