Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for production environments.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies such as AGI, Multimodal AI, and autonomous agents.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Integration: Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core software ecosystem.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to open-source communities where applicable.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a focus on deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Mathematics: Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
