Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and serving Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude).
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and optimize model performance through iterative experimentation.
- Deploy AI solutions to production environments using MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and Deep Learning to innovate our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that improve user engagement and business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
