The Role:
As a key technical leader, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will design systems that not only generate content but also act autonomously, optimizing workflows for enterprise scalability.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI pipelines using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch).
- Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to minimize hallucinations and ensure factual accuracy.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments using quantization and distributed computing.
- Lead the fine-tuning and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications.
- Ensure robust data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI governance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and NLP best practices.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
